How To Bowl
If you came here looking for basic information on how to bowl, you won't find the typical "heres how to bowl" information here. The reason is that I work with that bowling ball between your ears called your brain.
I wont teach you the footwork or timing and release or discus bowling equipment. What you will learn here is how to use your mind to help you relax, focus, become confident and work for you instead of against you in getting what you want as a bowler so that while you are learning how to bowl or while you are working on improving your bowling skills you are working mentally from a positive place instead of one that is filled with fear, anxiety, frustration and nervousness.
